Why am I not getting good cards?

This is a common question that we get from many users on our platform. To begin with, rummy is played by 2 to 6 players using one or two standard decks of cards, depending on the number of players. Each player at the table gets 13 cards. The card distribution is totally random as we are an RNG-certified platform. To help you understand better, the RNG is a random number generator program that ensures absolutely random dealing of cards. Cards are dealt without any human intervention. We have incorporated this software, which is certified by iTech Labs, to prevent any bias or unfair play at our table.

How can I get good cards to win?

The dealing of cards is absolutely random and there is no human interference in it. There is no possibility of bias in the dealing of cards. Players need to draw and discard cards wisely to create sequences and sets.

You can turn almost any hand into a winning hand with a lot of practice and strategies. Try to focus on creating a pure sequence first and then you can move on to other combinations. However, if your cards are too bad, you can use the “Drop” option to avoid losing by a big margin.

Why are you not giving me jokers?

As said above, we use an RNG system to deal cards. It deals cards absolutely randomly and there is no bias or partiality in dealing cards to players. There is no human interference in the dealing of cards. 

The Joker is an important card in rummy that can make or break your game. It can be used to create impure sequences and sets. So you should use this card wisely. However, if you get too many Jokers, you should discard one or more so you can form a pure sequence too.
