This is a nice open handicap hurdle to kick things off and I’m drawn to ON THE WILD SIDE for Dr. Richard Newland.
The seven-year-old comes into this looking for a third win on the bounce after two comfortable victories at Hexham.
He’s really well handicapped in this field carrying 10-12, so I think he’ll be right in the mix.

I tipped BOTOX HAS as he made a return to winning ways at Cheltenham last month, and I’m keen on him again.
Gary Moore’s four-year-old has a stellar record thus far with three wins and a second for the yard, and that second was behind Allmankind in Grade 2 action.
His jumping has improved and seems to suit the 2m trip so I think he’s value once more here.

This Ladbrokes Trophy is a very tough race to call but I’m going to take a chance on Paul Nicholls’ SECRET INVESTOR .
The eight-year-old has a very solid record with six wins and eight seconds from 17 runs and has proven himself on good and soft ground.
His last two runs have been particularly impressive, finishing a close second to Native River in the Denman Chase and then a solid win in the Native River Handicap at Chepstow.
I think he’s definitely worth an each-way bet.

I’m going to have to oppose Pym here given the weight he carries, so I’m going to side with WHATMORE .
He ran incredibly well when second in the Sodexo Gold Cup at Ascot last month in a race he probably should’ve won, but was just edged out by Regal Encore.
I think he’s a superb jumper, has the stamina for the distance and is very well handicapped so is ticking a lot of boxes for me.
